Who are we?

SC United is a respected sports club and company that provides high-quality football talent development and management services. Our operations are built on strong expertise and a genuine commitment to developing Finnish football. We invest in the individual growth of both young and more experienced players by supporting their progress toward their personal goals. We place great importance on offering personalized guidance and encouragement — we believe that success is achieved through purposeful training and open interaction.

The founding of SC Academy in 2015 was a strategic decision based on observations of the lack of data utilization and coaching expertise in the field. We strongly believe in our vision built on football and leadership. In a short time, we have succeeded in both developing and producing players for the highest level.

Vision

Our goal is to provide top-level coaching and be a role model for club operations. We aim to be pioneers in the comprehensive development and leadership of athletes. We want to build an environment where every player can grow through their strengths, and where passion, learning, and community are at the core. Our aim is to enable responsible development both on and off the pitch, as success is built on long-term work and a strong sense of community.
